Twenty-four years ago, Bob Grasa was diagnosed and treated for osteosarcoma in his right knee. He went through a year of chemotherapy and surgery. Although he now has an artificial right knee, he gained strength and courage to overcome adversity.

At age 58, Bob is a Senior Semiconductor Engineer at Lockheed Martin. Bob enjoys being an engineer and has been working in the semiconductor-related industry for almost 40 years.

Bob has a passion for photography, which led him into becoming a professional photographer and creating a part-time photography business. He loves all types of photography but specializes in Children and Family Fine Art Portraiture.

He is an avid cyclist with a passion for long distance adventure cycling. He has completed 2 cross country bike tours, one from Los Angeles to Boston in 2006 and another from Astoria, Oregon to Portsmouth, New Hampshire in 2011.

Bob enjoys giving back to his community. He is volunteering his time as a photographer at the Teddy Bear Cancer Foundation.
